What counts as a product or variant?
A product is a single listing (e.g., a handmade candle). Variants are options within that product (e.g., different scents or sizes). Each plan has limits on both products and variants per product.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe for your subscription payments.
What are transaction fees?
Transaction fees vary by plan: 3.5% on Free, 2.5% on Starter, and 1% on Growth. This is in addition to payment processor fees (Stripe/PayPal).
Is there a contract or commitment?
