As a store owner on Shelfkit, you are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of your product listings and descriptions
  • Setting appropriate prices for your products
  • Fulfilling orders in a timely manner
  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Items

You may not sell the following items through Shelfkit:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Hazardous materials

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines and to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

5. Payments

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by their respective terms of service.

We are not responsible for any fees charged by payment processors or your financial institution.

6. Fees and Billing

Shelfkit charges subscription fees as outlined on our pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Shelfkit and its licensors.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with providing the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shelfkit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
